Well, since this blog is actually called the Jam and Jelly
Jar Box. I thought I would share my Jelly and Jam cupboard.
Yes, I do make allot of jelly, jam and sauces. I have canning books that range form 1920 to the present. Some of my work has even been known to win a few ribbons at the local fair. While my stock is getting a bit low for the winter, I am sure come spring I will get the canning bug and start all over again.
